This space serves as an emotional brain dump. Understanding the nuances in my writing, my choices in reading, is relating to me on a spiritual level. I look forward to the sentiments that come with a fresh journal; absorbing and scattering life within the confines of a page; the comfort that comes with fresh coffee on a grey morning; candles shadowing patterns in the dark; the wake of chilly fall air; admiring passersby on foreign streets.

I used to get out of bed in the middle of the night and take photographs of early mornings. Admittedly, I am no longer a morning person, but I remain an admirer of photography.
